Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Help individuals with developmental disabilities live full, independent lives — at home, at work, and in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily living, personal care, and skill-building goals.
  • Accompany individuals to medical, social, and community activities.
  • Document progress and partner with care coordinators.
  • Promote choice, dignity, and self-advocacy at every step.

Qualifications

  • 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Background check and fingerprint clearance card.
  • Compassion, patience, and great communication.

Competitive pay

$17–$24/hr based on role and experience, plus overtime.

Paid training

CPR, first aid, Article 9, and ongoing skill certifications.

Flexible schedules

Mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
